RETURNS POLICY

For ready-made products

Dear Customer, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may contact us and request to return the product within 14 days from receipt of delivery. If you have encountered defects with the article purchased or if it does not correspond with the order placed, you have 30 days to contact us and organise an exchange or, if this is not possible, a refund.

For made-to-measure products

These products have been made and personalised in accordance with precise indications provided by the Customer and cannot be returned unless they are defective or do not correspond with the order. In this case, you have 30 days to contact us.

Please note

Ours are artisan, hand-made products, and small imperfections in manufacture or slight fabric defects are normal. These anomalies are part of the characteristics of these unique items and cannot be considered just cause for returns.

Indications for returns

In order for the returned items to be refunded, the following indications must be respected:

– Send an email to customercare@bigicravatte.it, indicating the order number and any other information you deem necessary. In the case of defects or non-correspondence with the item ordered, it will be necessary to also provide photographic evidence of the claim. Within a few days, you will receive a response via email in which we will inform you whether the return has been accepted and, if so, how to proceed with sending us the item in question.

– All items must be returned in their original condition, with all labels and the original packaging intact. Please note that the product must not have been worn for any reason, not even tried on (a tie that has been tied, even once, must be dismantled and completely remade). Returns will not be accepted for products that have been worn, used or damaged.

Please remember to never return a product without having first received approval via email from Bigi Cravatte.

Delivery costs

Delivery costs for returning an unwanted product are the responsibility of the Customer. If the product is being returned due to defects or non-correspondence with the item ordered, Bigi Cravatte will cover delivery costs. The Customer must always follow the indications that will be provided via mail. Bigi Cravatte will not accept responsibility for any loss, theft or damage of deliveries organised by the person returning the item.

Terms and methods of refunds

In the event that the return of an item has been accepted, refunds will be made within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the product with the same form of payment used at the moment of purchase by the Customer, net of any delivery costs or duties paid by us.
